History
Family-owned & operated since 2001
After years of working as an executive recruiter, Andrew started Workforce in 2001 in a small office space he shared with his CPA in Olneyville, Providence.
In January 2016, Workforce expanded into Massachusetts, growing the company’s reach within the New England area.
Workforce currently serves approximately 20 clients annually, and in 2024, Workforce placed between 1 and 300+ temporary employees each week.
We look forward to many more years as a family-owned and operated business.
